Add your name, race and finish time, and upload your race-day photo. No photo yet? Send it on WhatsApp when your official photos arrive.

Approve your proof

We WhatsApp you a digital proof. Reply yes, or tell us what to change. Nothing prints until you approve.

We frame and dispatch

Dispatched within 5–7 working days of your approval. Fix your medal on the mount and hang it.

Good to know

Will my medal fit?

The frame is designed to hold standard finisher medals. If yours is unusually large, message us before you order.

I don't have my race photo yet.

That's fine. Tick "I'll send it on WhatsApp" when you order, and send your photo when your official race photos arrive. We start as soon as we have it.

When will it arrive?

We dispatch within 5–7 working days of your proof approval. Delivery time after that depends on your pincode.

What if something looks wrong?

You'll see a digital proof on WhatsApp before we print. Tell us what to change and we'll fix it, free.

Can I return it?

Each frame is made for you, so we can't accept returns. If it arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we'll replace it free.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. All orders are prepaid online, by UPI, card or netbanking.
